Membership Terms

Recurring billing: The monthly plan renews at CA$6.99 each month and the yearly plan renews at CA$49.99 each year until cancelled. Applicable government tax is shown at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and __LEGAL_SELLER_NAME__ (“OwnersLog,” “we,” “us”). By starting a paid membership or using OwnersLog, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. What OwnersLog provides

OwnersLog is a self-directed property record, checklist and planning tool. Paid membership unlocks the features described on the pricing page for the paid period. Features may improve or change over time. OwnersLog is not a professional service, inspection service, rental booking platform, emergency monitoring service or substitute for qualified advice.

3. Membership, renewal and cancellation

Monthly membership is CA$6.99 per month and renews monthly.
Yearly membership is CA$49.99 per year and renews yearly.
Applicable government tax may be added and will be shown before payment.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected price at each renewal until cancellation.
You may cancel at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not erase property data stored on your device.

4. Refunds

The first paid membership includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of the first charge. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

5. Your data and backups

Property records are primarily stored in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or changing devices may make that local copy unavailable. You are responsible for making regular backups and retaining original photos and documents. Record backups do not include uploaded photos unless the product expressly says otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You may use OwnersLog for properties you own, rent, occupy or are authorized to help manage. You must not use it unlawfully, interfere with the product, misrepresent it as professional advice, resell it as a competing product, or enter information you are not authorized to hold.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnersLog is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that checklists are complete, calculations are accurate for your situation, the product will prevent loss, or the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnersLog and its supplier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost rent, lost data, property damage, personal injury or loss arising from reliance on checklists, calculations, reminders or stored records. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for OwnersLog in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the product or the contact information available to us. Questions, cancellation notices and legal notices may be sent to support.
