Cancel your membership
You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee and cancelling does not delete the property record stored on your device.
To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next renewal date. Your paid membership continues until the end of the current billing period.

Email OwnersLog support from the address used for your purchase and write “Cancel membership” in the subject line. We will confirm when the cancellation is complete.
After cancellation
- Your property record remains stored on your device.
- You should download a current backup before changing browsers or devices.
- Paid updates, support and membership features end when the paid period ends.
